Error code E01: Primary Alarm is Sounding

 

1.          CPR valve is loose, not firmly closed

2.          The Air tube from the pump to the mattress is loose

3.          The air tube at the pump is loose

4.          leakage in the Air Mattress.

 

Error E02: Low Pressure Alarm

 

1.          CPR valve loose

2.          The patient has left the bed and the pump alarm temporarily sounds, will automatically adjust

3.          Mattress air cell leakage.

 

 

 

Trouble Shooting Steps:

 

If pump is displaying the above codes, please try the following steps:

  1. Check for power.

1a. Check if the plug is connected to mains.

1b. Check if CPR valve is loose

1b. Check for a blown fuse. If issue persisting, move to step 2.

  1. Check if connections are secure:

2a. Check if the Quick Connector is tightly secured.

2b. Check if all tubing connections along mattress are secured.

2c. Check if the air hoses are kinked or broken.

 

If after trying the above steps the issue persists, your air mattress may have leaks and will require further investigation. Please contact technical support/service for further support.
